Your NetVault Serial Number is available in your BakBone order confirmation email.
If you already know your NetVault Serial Number, you can find your Account ID by entering your Serial Number and one of the following:
Help Me Find NetVault: Backup Server Machine ID
There are three options to find your NetVault: Backup Server Machine ID.

From the NetVault: Backup GUI, open the Client Management window. Right-click the NetVault: Backup Server in the Clients tab and select Properties. The NetVault: Backup Version and Machine ID is displayed on the System tab. Please enter the Machine ID exactly as it appears within the NetVault: Backup GUI.

Open the NetVault: Backup Configurator. Select the Machine tab where the NetVault: Backup Version and Machine ID will be displayed. Please enter the Machine ID exactly as it appears within the NetVault: Backup GUI.

Run the getmachineid utility from the Command Line Interface (CLI) on the NetVault: Backup Server Machine
<NetVault_Home>\util\getmachineid.exe
The Machine ID will be displayed.
Help Me Find NetVault: Replicator or NetVault: TrueCDP Host ID
On the NetVault: Replicator or NetVault: TrueCDP host:
- Log on to the machine and initiate a terminal session/command prompt.
- At the prompt, issue the following command: nvr_gethostid
Help Me Find NetVault: FASTRecover Cluster ID
In the NetVault: FASTRecover Management Console:
- Click the Cluster Tab.
- Select Licensing from the left panel menu. The Licensing screen displays.

Note the NVRDP Cluster ID number from the License Details section of the screen.
Help Me Find Snap Server ID
- In the Snap Server web interface, navigate to the ADMINISTRATION page.
- Click on MONITOR and go to that page.
- Click on SYSTEM STATUS.
- Note the Server Number from the System Status page.
